Scheduling & Availability
Appointments are made on a first-come, first-serve basis. While every effort is made to accommodate your needs, scheduling will be more successful with as much advance notice as possible. The photo session duration will vary depending on your event.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
If cancellation or rescheduling is necessary, please give us 48 hours notice. Appointments that are not cancelled or rescheduled 48 hours or more prior to the appointment are subject to a $100 cancellation charge.
Rain/Weather Delay
In case of inclement weather (rain/snow/sleet) on the date of your event, we would work with you to identify impacts of not taking outdoor photos as this would vary by event but would continue with the indoor photos.
Image Information
Turn-Around Time
Images uploaded to your personal, password protected gallery within 2 weeks of your event. Sneak peeks will be posted on the St. Croix Photo Facebook page and Instagram page within 72 hours of event.
Photo Retention Period
St. Croix Photo retains client images on our computer system for up to 1 year after the date the images were taken.
Copyright, License and Release
All photos taken by St. Croix Photo are copyrighted and we retain the copyright to all photos taken on behalf of our clients. The images created by St. Croix Photo remain the property of St. Croix Photo.
St. Croix Photo is authorized to use photographs of our clients in any and all forms and media and in all manners including the purposes of publicity, illustration, commercial art, advertising, publishing, or for any other product or services.
